    We're in the process of integrating our academic medical group with our community hospital partners to build a more unified and collaborative healthcare system. As part of this effort, I'm taking a fresh look at our leadership level criteria-especially around scope, responsibility, and human capital management-to ensure they align with the needs of our integrated model. This includes evaluating how leadership roles can support shared goals across both academic and community settings.

    If you've been through a similar integration or have frameworks or examples of how leadership structures were adapted in your organization, I'd love to hear about them. Any insights or lessons learned would be incredibly helpful as we work through this transition.
