Has anyone implemented an AI Quality Assurance platform for their RN triage teams? We are in the process of doing this for our entire call center and I am having trouble wrapping my head around how this will work for the nurses. I can definitely see the benefit for the agents who do most of the scheduling/insurance etc., but there are a lot more "grey" areas to me in triage and would love any input from anyone who has done this, doing this, or thinking of doing this!!!
