We're proud of the nurses in our community who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. military, reserves, National Guard, or VA system, and we want to spotlight you.
As we are approaching America's 250th birthday this July, we're launching a short video series across our social channels featuring the voices and stories of military-connected ambulatory care nurses.
If you've served in any military branch, past or present, we invite you to submit a quick selfie-style video (60 seconds or less) and tell us:
Your name and role in ambulatory care
How you've served (branch, VA, reserves, Guard, etc.)
What you're doing now professionally
One line on what drives you or what you're proud of
Watch a short sample video from AAACN President, Andrea Petrovanie-Green, so you can get a feel for what we're looking for. Use it as a guide, not a script. Your story and your style matter most, so make it your own.
Keep it simple and real. No fancy production is needed! Your phone's camera is perfect.
Submission window: May 13 through June 15
Video length: 1 minute or less
Videos will be featured throughout July across our social platforms as we celebrate service, leadership, and the impact of nurses in ambulatory care. We can't wait to share your story!
