Open Forum

I am working with a medical oncology clinic that feels their care model can and should look different to optimize roles and the work completed by those roles.  They currently have RNs, a few LPNs, medical assistants and patient care technicians.  We believe there is opportunity to add more LPNs into the staff mix.  What does your care model for medical oncology look like and how many providers does an RN or LPN support?
