Case Loads for RNs/NPs in CM

  • 1.  Case Loads for RNs/NPs in CM

    Can anyone tell me what the case load to RN ratio would be for the following:

    1. Telephonic/virtual
    2. Field-based (any nurse who may make home visits)
    3. Do any of you have PODs that care for a group of members, how many members are in each POD
    4. Field-based NPs - number of members in their case loads
