    Hello All! 

    I am a Virtual Health Triage RN. I have been in this role for 3 years, and ED RN for 4 years before that. Just recently, it has come to my attention that some organizations/practices are charging patients for RN triage, calling after hours or messaging via MyChart. Is this true to your organization/practice? If so, how are you justifying this charge? Also, how much is the charge?
