    Good morning,

I am reaching out to hopefully discuss with others who work at organizations that support community health and school based nursing clinics. What is the scope of your RN in these roles? How much involvement does the organization have with staff who are community based? Any information that can be shared would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

Hi there-my FQHC has integrated primary care sites (14 total) where we use RNs quite regularly both at the point of care, and a small group of centralized nurses for triage and telehealth. However, our SBHCs only use and APRN + MA dyad. The APRN really does the RN and APRN scope in those clinics as the volume is low and does not support 3 salaries. I am happy to discuss further if you want to connect-we have about 36 integrated SBHCs with medical, BH & mobile dental. My email is: mary@chc1.com.

    Best wishes!

    Mary
