    Reminder this evening is this month's Community Live Call: Message Pool Productivity is this evening, Tuesday, August 30th at 7:00pm Eastern.
    Karla Schroeder DNP, RN, ANP-BC, MHA, NE-BC, with Emory Healthcare will have a slide presentation and discuss one organization's journey to understand the work contained in the ambulatory message pools and the time that it takes to complete that work.

    Please be ready to open discuss information you are currently using now to determine productivity to staffing. The call will include Idea sharing around staffing needs to meet the workload, what they have tried and lessons learned.
