The Department of Education has released the proposed rule related to definitions of graduate programs and loan caps ( Here is a link to the
text). The period for open comments is open and is a very short window (30 day comment period).
The Nursing Community Coalition is working to get us some draft comments, but I just wanted to give you all a heads up that we're gonna need to be quick in terms of creating a response related to the rule. Our goal is to get as many nurses to comment (in a consistent manner) as possible. Stay tuned!
