Could anyone share how your non‑invasive RNs document the administration of Definity IVP during an echocardiogram? Specifically, is this documented within the echo tech's Navigator workflow, or is it entered as a separate nursing note?

For context: the echo tech initiates and completes the echo procedure. The RN enters during the study to place the IV, administer Definity, and monitor the patient for any adverse reactions.
