    Welcome from Billie Allard, the new Co-Chair of CCTM!  We are excited to have 287 CCTM SIG members and have hopes and dreams for the future.  Please join us on this exciting adventure as we lead care transformation across the country!

    ·        We had our "reboot" meeting on August 20th and have monthly meetings scheduled for the next 7 months (schedule attached) JOIN US!
