  • 1.  Launching the New Clinical Inquiry SIG!

    Posted 08-15-2025 16:54

Welcome to the brand-new Clinical Inquiry Special Interest Group (SIG)!  My name is Chrystal Lewis, and I am the inaugural chair for the Clinical Inquiry Special Interest Group.

The purpose of the AAACN Clinical Inquiry Special Interest Group is to promote a culture of inquiry, collaboration, and innovation by supporting members in the development, implementation, and dissemination of research and evidence-based practice. We aim to foster professional growth, enhance research and EBP competencies, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge and outcomes in ambulatory care nursing through shared learning, mentorship, and scholarly engagement.

The Clinical Inquiry SIG is a home for anyone who is curious, vaguely interested, wants support for, or deeply passionate about EBP, QI, Research, or Implementation Science. Our goal is to create a supportive community where you can connect to share ideas, best practices, trouble shooting, or even collaborate on research together!

We are currently recruiting a co-chair, which will be a three-year commitment, with the co-chair moving into the chair position at AAACN 2026 Conference in April 2026.
