    Good afternoon,

    At my organization, we are looking into developing a clinical ladder for LPNs to promote professional development and further engagement. Does anyone with an established LPN clinical ladder have Gallagher data or proposals for executive leadership that they are willing to share? We would greatly appreciate it!     We have a technician advancement program (TAP)  that our LPNs are eligible for (as they are in a technical job title per our HR department). I am happy to send you that information if you would like it.
