Hello everyone!! I am asking to see if anyone has a MA program that the do where they are partnering with a college or university for the didactic and all of their skills/training is in the clinic setting.
Our organization is looking into partnering with our local university that already has an MA program, but making it an easier for those that can't do the traditional schooling. We are looking to do it mostly for our current employees that are wanting to further their career, but might do it for others outside of our organization.
I am a clinical educator for all of the clinics and would like to know what it is that you do to help support these students. Do you have monthly skills sessions, rely on preceptors or something different? If you do have a program, is it something that you would be willing to share how your organization does it? We are in the beginning stages of planning this, but would like to maybe have some ideas of what I can support and do for them.
