First, welcome to ambulatory and education! Secondly, as others have mentioned, each state has their own interpretation of the COMAR regulations. Private practices usually do not tend to follow those regulations, but most governmentally regulated organizations do. You can search for your state's COMAR regs for MAs and review with your clinical director or legal to ensure you are all on the same page.
