  • 1.  NPDS staffing

    Posted an hour ago

    Hello colleagues,

I'm currently evaluating our Nursing Professional Development Specialist (NPDS) structure and am exploring appropriate staffing models to support a growing ambulatory footprint. I'm interested in learning whether anyone has a defined staffing plan or ratio model for NPDS coverage (e.g., FTE to nursing staff ratio, site coverage model, onboarding volume, etc.).
