Morning,
I am outreaching to see how others are handling BP check and HTN visits scheduled in Nursing clinics. What types/standards with assessments are that are being done? Is this a duel visit with the Provider or Is this a visit the nurse consults with the provider after the patient leaves?
Do you have any protocols that you developed to help with flow or autonomy with the nursing staff? What are some of the barriers that you have seen?
