    Hello! Our team is looking for a validated Patient Acuity Scale to help ensure equitable caseloads for our Respite and Transitions of Care teams. If your organization uses an acuity tool in similar settings or has recommendations or lessons learned, I would greatly appreciate your insights.

    I am currently working on a process improvement project that focuses on acuity scales in telephone triage.  At the moment, this is a feasibility study and will probably at some point need to be a larger research project to test its validity in allocating resources with caseloads.  I am also interested if others out there who may have something already established that can help support our project as well.
