Point of Care Testing OB/GYN

    Hello

Is there anyone in an OBGYN practice that does Point of Care testing for rupture of membranes and Fetal fibronectin (FFN) testing? Our current OB/GYN practice is located in the same building as one of our labs but we are moving to a new location that does not have lab available and courier turnaround would be too long.  I did find a few ROM tests that are moderate complexity and can be added to our current CLIA but I am not sure if there is a "better than most" product that anyone is aware of. If you could share the brand/type of test you use in the office, that would be really helpful. If there were pitfalls to providing this service in the office, that would be helpful learning as well.

Thank you in advance for any feedback.

    Shannon
