I am looking for insight on documentation capabilities within EPIC. We are starting a post operative phone call program in our surgical patient populations. We converted to EPIC in October 2022. We are trying to see if anyone else has a post op call program that also uses EPIC that can provide some guidance as to what works as far as documentation for your teams. Are the calls being documented as phone programs, is there a note template, etc. We are also curious as to how you are tracking the calls. Is there a feature within EPIC or are you using an outside tool. Feel free to reach out to discuss further.
