Hi Everyone,
I hope that summer is going well for all and that all of you hardworking nurses are able to take some time to rest/relax/recharge a little this summer.
I was hoping to start some discussion about the potential reimbursement changes that are in our future. With these potential changes, has anyone started to look at staffing model changes or changes to how you provide ambulatory care to still meet the needs of our communities but also still keep the lights on with potential reductions to reimbursement coming?
Would love to hear what groups are thinking/exploring, how you are planning to maintain the integrity of nursing in ambulatory settings still with funding changes.
