    Good morning, everyone,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone here is working in an organization that is currently QOPI accredited. QOPI is a quality oncology practice improvement program focused on ensuring safe, consistent, and evidence‑based care.  My quick elevator pitch is that it helps demonstrate we are delivering the highest‑quality care for patients receiving antineoplastic therapy.
The new QOPI standards released late last year/early this year includes a requirement for independent verification of height and weight by two staff members prior to initiating an antineoplastic therapy. According to ASCO, the rationale is to reduce transcription errors and strengthen patient safety.
We are currently trialing different workflows to meet this standard, but it is very new for us and is definitely impacting clinic flow. If your institution is implementing this requirement or if you've found effective strategies to operationalize it... I would really appreciate the opportunity to connect and learn from your experience.
    Thank you!
