Does anyone already have a policy, protocol or resources with options in place for reducing needle pain in pediatrics?

We don't have a clinical policy, but we recently purchased ShotBlockers for all of our clinics and have had positive feedback from patients and staff. Info about it can be found here

From the parent perspective, ShotBlocker is great. Our pediatricians office has used this for my daughter and it was wonderful. It helped de-escalate her and it did help with the pain! They let her keep it, so I took it with me when I went to get my own flu shot through work a few days later and can attest it worked great!
