We just aquired an RPM team, so we are trying to tweak some things to make it more streamlined. Can anyone who has RPM share how they do consents with EPIC, looking at creating a verbal consent. How do you handle calls to insurance? Does patient contact on their own, or do you have someone who does that? Issues with needing Prior Auths? Any insight would be helpful. Also what Vendor do you use for the equipment?
