    Good Evening Friends, 

    I wanted to reach out and discuss two things:

    1. What does "working at the top of our scope" look like for RNs?

    2. How does this play out through your VA ambulatory clinics? 

    I'm running into that every VISN works a bit differently, and trying to figure out how to improve the scope or lack thereof at my VA.  This may eventually turn into a research/quality improvement process, but, wanted to pick everyone's brain on it.
