There has been some great discussion around the tools to use to assist and to justify nursing practice in the CCM and TCM worlds. I am wondering what kind of metrics is everyone tracking as it relates to RN led care. Are any financial metrics? I have been putting information together as I have been doing a deep dive - check out my notes attached and let me know what you think and if any of these are metrics you are measuring and IS IT EASY TO MEASURE THEM - OR DOES IT TAKE A TON OF TIME?
