Our current vendor for our in-house spirometry testing is no longer supported. I am curious about what other practices do, do you perform spirometry in the office and if not why? If you do, does it integrate with your EMR or do you use one that does not integrate? Any good advice if you have implemented recently?

Hi Debra,

We provide spirometry in several pulmonary areas in my organization; both adult and pediatric pulmonary. It is performed by either the RN or RT. We use Epic and is integrated into the result navigator. I apologize, I am not much help with advice for a recent implementation, as it's been around a while for us.
