I am not sure we have a standard way of doing it...just depends on what the policy is regarding. If its an HR policy or something that is not really a clinical policy we typically roll those out via email and staff meetings. If its a practice change policy we would typically defer that to our training team to determine the best way to roll it out. We have done webex, healthcare source (or whatever you use for e-learnings), if its a skill we included it in our skills fair...
Our training team is made up of managers both clinical and non-clinical.

Subject: Standard procedure for implementing new procedures/polices
Do you have a standard implementation process for new procedures/policies?
- Do you have a phase process?
- Do you start with managers before staff?
