Wondering if anyone currently has a dashboard or are there national standard established that determines benchmarks for # of nurses per volume of messages or other productivity measures that determine safe and timely effectiveness in managing electronic and telephone messages from patients. Any nurse to MD provider ratio's established? Is that based on volume of messages that provider may encounter? Does anyone measure time per message to establish productivity benchmarks?
