Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to gain some insight to usage of temp agencies for help with staffing. At the moment, we are having a difficult time with retention and the candidate pools are very very slim for the CMA/CNA roles in particular. We've been actively recruiting for two months with minimal candidates. Has anyone utilized a temp agency for clinical staffing support? If so, were they limited on what they could do in an ambulatory setting? I was told they have a more limited scope and would be 'hands-off' with patients.
Thank you for your time!
