Good morning all! 

Does anyone have an algorithm or guidance for nurses to assist with deciding if the patient can go to the hospital independently or needs to go via EMS? 

about to work on one but don't want to recreate the wheel with so many triage colleagues out here! 

Hi Amy,

We have a policy for Ambulatory Walk in Triage for our non-clinical and clinical patients to use for a patient who happens to "walk in" the clinic area.  I provided the attachments below.
