We are opening up a new Urogynecology Clinic in San Antonio Texas and are in the process of creating standing delegated orders (SDO's) for nurses and as appropriate MAs. Hoping that someone may have examples that can be shared on bladder scanning, uroflow and cystometrogram. We are using urodynamic reference tools from the Society of Urological Nurses Association and want to ensure we start out strong with solid competencies and SDO's. If your nursing staff are doing these procedures, where are you documenting in EPIC...flow sheet/ proc doc?
