Looking for recommendations for a nurse telephone triage book specific to urology. We currently use "Telephone nursing practice in urology-a manual for urology nurses" 2nd edition by SUNA and do not find it to be very helpful.

Upon my research, that is the only resource available, we have built documentation from it for our urology RN. There are few emergent presentation other than sepsis, acute retention, etc. so we use the documentation as a guide. The RN is in clinic with the providers so she does have access to them if she is unsure of disposition.
