We were about to purchase a couple of 24 hour ambulatory BP monitors, but it is being postponed. Our IC department feels that we should use disposable cuffs.
Do any of you use the disposable cuffs on your 24 hours ambulatory BP monitors or do you disinfect the cuffs when they are returned? Also what brand and model do you use and would you recommend it or wish you had purchased a different one?
