Hi everyone!
I am taking over orientation for my educator group because we are losing someone on our team (ANYONE IN NC LOOKING FOR A JOB?????). We have about 160+ clinics and onboard around 20 teammates per cycle. I know orientation needs a major facelift in my organization, and I honestly don't even know where to begin! I have some preliminary questions that I would be so grateful if anyone in this group could answer/share their best practices for:
- What attachments/materials do you send to your orientees ahead of in-person orientation?
- What materials do you provide to them when they arrive?
- How long is the in-person portion of your orientation?
- Currently, ours is 2 full in-person days with 1 remote day to complete modules for HR and Epic Access
- What topics do you cover in-person?
I would love to hop on a quick call with anyone who is willing to share their orientation secrets to success!
