Hello,

I work in a hospital-based pedi clinic and we have multidisciplinary care making our clinic 2-3 hours in length per family. Our physician recently wanted to change our clinic flow from having the PCT get VS and room patient, nurse gets review of systems, pharmacy gets med rec to the provider going into the patient's room before nursing or pharmacy. Has anyone run a clinic with the provider going into the room first? I have concerns that the physician does not have all the information prior to seeing the patient. Appreciate ya'lls thoughts on the matter.
