We've recently hired our 1st Social Worker for our General Surgery clinics and have found her to be very valuable. Would like to eventually expand services across all our Surgical Services clinics. A couple questions for those of you with clinic Social Workers:
- What metrics do you use to measure productivity? Are there any established benchmarks?
- Are there any SW services that are billable?
