    Good morning all,

Looking to implement new ways to competency nurses on CVAD access/de-access/dressing changes. If you have any education, guideline, videos you think may be helpful or can point me in the right direct, please let me know.

    Hi, Quiana!

Not sure if you are with a specific sub-specialty clinic, but the Oncology Nursing Society has two courses that cover VADs (with specific attention given to the oncology population) that you might consider integrating into your initial training:

    Vascular Access Devices | ONS

Complications of Vascular Access Devices (VAD) and Intravenous (IV) Therapy | ONS

We also have guidelines: Access Device Standards of Practice for Oncology Nursing | ONS.  The next edition of this book is in the final stages of publication and should be released later this year.
