AAACN's Research Committee is committed to advancing evidence-based practice (EBP) in ambulatory care nursing. EBP involves implementing NEW science-backed practices, as well as de-implementing outdated, low-value practices that are not effective &/or may cause harm. The purpose of this survey is to engage AAACN members in identifying low-value practices that continue to be used in their ambulatory care settings. The committee will gather and report this information so we can create awareness and strategies to de-implement these practices in ambulatory care settings.
