    Good morning - 

    I am looking to discuss/network current national benchmarks on ambulatory (office/clinic) employee turnover rates. I would like to focus on nursing, MOA, CMA, etc. 

    I saw a previous thread from 2017, but my assumption is anything pre-pandemic related to turnover is not going to be relevant in today's workforce.

    Hello!

    I am the product manager with Press Ganey - National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI). We have a turnover indicator (RN, LPN, UAP/MA, APRN) at the unit level. We provide various rates (quarterly, 4 quarter average, descriptive on where the employee went and primary reason). We have over 10 different comparison groups. If your facility is an NDNQI member, you would have access to this indicator and the national comparison data.  If you do not know if your facility is an NDNQI member, your CNO would be able to confirm.
