Good morning to all!
I am wondering what other outpatient ambulatory clinics are doing with Telehealth appointments once the pandemic is officially declared over on May 11, 2023. We fully embraced Telehealth at the beginning of the pandemic and continue Telehealth with about 10% of our overall visits and 90% of the Psych visits. I know in Illinois we have some guidelines that are different from other states and the change in regulations with psych visits is different from other types of Telehealth visits but we are struggling to figure out which insurances and specific plans consider the different types of Telehealth a non-covered benefit. Does anyone have any software products that identify non-covered services for Medicare and/or Commercial insurances? Thanks in advance for any information.
