    Greetings,

    We are recruiting subject matter experts for a focus group with Press-Ganey centered on nurse visits that target patient wellness.  Press-Ganey is seeking to know how these are the same or different from other nurse visits, how are these visits incorporated into your care delivery model, how you evaluate their effectiveness, and if they are reimbursed.  Annual Wellness Visits is a perfect example of a nurse wellness visit; however, you may have additional examples.

    This focus group is scheduled for November 6 at 1 pm Eastern Time.  If you are available at that time and have experience in this visit type, please contact Stephanie Witwer.  witwer.stephanie@mayo.edu

    This is a great opportunity for our members to provide input for future development of Nurse Sensitive Indicators!  Only one hour of your time is needed!
