    Dear CCTM Members,

    Welcome to the CCTM Special Interest Group (SIG)! We're excited to introduce our team, share upcoming events, and keep you updated on our plans.

    Healthcare is changing rapidly, and the AAACN CCTM SIG is helping lead the way. Ambulatory care nurses across the country are shaping the future, and together we can be stronger. By sharing best practices, outcomes, and strategies, we can build high-performing teams that make a real impact.

    Your voice, expertise, and questions are essential as we lay the foundation for this SIG. We look forward to learning, growing, and leading with you.

    Join the transformation! Here are easy ways to participate and make an impact:

    1.                  Networking Meetings

    • Held the third Wednesday of each month, 12–1 PM EST
    • Watch for updated info and agendas on the CCTM Communication Board
    • Recordings are available on the AAACN website under the CCTM SIG Forum Library

    2.                  Guest Speakers Wanted

    • Do you have expertise to share?
    • Email Hallie or Billie-we're looking for speakers to inspire and enrich our meetings!

    3.               CCTM Resources

    • Updating CCTM resources is a priority for AAACN and we need data
    • The first step is to participate in the POERRS Committee Survey-please complete it by November 21st
    • Your feedback is essential!

    4.                  CCTM Community

    • Connect with colleagues, share strategies, and problem-solve together
    • This resource helps build relationships with others doing similar work

    5.                  SIG Feedback Survey

    • A survey will be posted soon in the CCTM Community
    • Please plan to complete the survey and share how we can better meet your needs

    6.                   Save the Date!
