Hello - I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share how your location determines that a blood pressure cuff the patient is using at home is valid. We currently utilize validatebp.org, however, if a cuff is not listed on that site or has been purchased over a year ago we have patients bring in their home cuff to compare to our machines in the clinic. We have searched but have not found any solid evidence-based guidance on determining if a home cuff is accurate when patients are bringing them into the clinic. I would love to see workflows that other clinics have created on this!
