Good Morning,
Our facility will be transitioning to the TJC. I am trying to understand the instructions for use (IFU's) and the Manufacturer for use (MFU's). I understand that we need to have this documentation for our medical equipment and medical supplies, my wonder is how detailed does this documentation have to be? I have been researching online and have been coming across documents that have a vast amount of information pertaining to one item alone. Does anyone have any information or an example I can refence to and wrap my head around.
