Our organization is interested in utilizing our In Basket reporting though Epic to monitor improvement in patient messaging/completion times. I recently viewed a webinar and was interested in learning more about the Level Up Program offered through Epic. Is anyone currently utilizing this resource at their organization or have experience with this program that you can share? If we know what is working at other organizations, it may keep us to track more helpful data and not just capture snapshot totals.
