  • 1.  MA Trainee program

    Are there any organizations out there that train people, to become MAs?  Not becoming certified or registered, teaching them everything a CMA or RMA does and competency checking them, without going through a program.

    Did you develop that program from the ground up?  What structure did you use, and any tips for success?

    Vanderbilt Ambulatory Nursing has a very structured program that leads to certification as we require that for all MAs.  I am happy to put you in touch with those over this program as we have a great success rate.  Please email me at joanie.jeannette@vumc.org and I will be happy to set up a time to share our program if you are interested.
