  • 1.  Peer Chart Audit in EPIC

    Good morning!  I would like to know if there are any chart audit tools that nurses' and MAs's can use to perform quarterly audit charts on each other to help serve as a teaching tool as well as a quality assurance tool.  We will be using EPIC.  Thanks for your help! Cathy

    This is the tool we created. Currently, the nurses do their own audits and then I review and we discuss findings.
