We have never considered AI for evaluating quality triage performance and probably won't until there is EBP to support it. In our unit we use a combination of reviews. The nurse manager and the leader of the QA team listen to two calls completed by each nurse on our team every quarter. Each nurse on our team listens to one peer audio and completes 9 documentation reviews on themselves and 9 documentation reviews on peers per quarter. We use a modified Barton Schmitt call review template but point values are only assigned to Arcuate Assessment, Adequate Guideline use, and Appropriate disposition.
