Good Morning,

I am an RN whose group (of outpatient RN's) were transferred into an organization without an outpatient RN Clinical Ladder.  We are excited to see 'what's out there,' so we can study and prepare a proposal for our newly-acquired organization (thankful they are asking what we would want to see in an RN Ladder, outpatient). 

Would anyone whose organization has such a Ladder please give me some feedback?  Also, if you are willing to attach your Clinical Ladder information to send to me, that would be GREAT!!  Many Thanks!!
